Temperature Limits : Comfort limit temperature: The minimum temperature at which a user feels comfortable overall - neither hot nor cold - while huddled up in the sleeping bag (as determined by an average male user under normal conditions of use).

Need to Know About Temperatures : "A sleeping bag does not generate heat but "retains" the body heat produced. If you are exhausted cold and slip inside you sleeping bag while still cold and wet you will remain cold regardless of the sleeping bag's qualities! These temperatures therefore depend on the individual's resistance to cold (build fatigue etc.) their equipment (mattress providing insulation from the ground etc.) their clothing (nude base layer etc.) and the weather conditions (damp wind etc.)."

Tips : "When it comes to clothes keep it simple (a single layer is enough) Keep the extremities warm: hats gloves socks body warmers rub-down etc. A flask with hot water in it can be used as a hot water bottle (if there is no danger of it opening accidentally!) Contract your muscles (70% of the energy your consume is transformed into heat) without making movements that could cause a draught."

Care Instructions : Wash your bag separately from other clothes or delicate colours use 1/3 of a dose of washing powder and select a synthetic cycle at 30°C. For drying lie the bag out in a dry and well-ventilated place out of the sun and away from heat sources or tumble dry on low. Tip: a sleeping bag liner allows you to spread out washes and maintain good thermal performance.
